I sometimes release for public custom themes to purchase but the most sophisticated ones are now for my personal use ( fluent design , transparency & blur effects and lot of hacks ) as it's a lot of time set up the whole thing to reach final effect as you may see on my gallery and prefer keep my work from stealers & leechers .
Not the most known theme designer but my work is original and FLUENT results on my late themes can't compared with others :)
Always experiencing hacking & theme customizing on Windows 10 OS .

The toolbar gets it's color form
Fonts & System Metrics>WINDOW
I do not know why it will not go to full transparency
it must be something in the way Qttab is coded'
I see it is open source so maybe someone on their forum can fix it.
